- Point of sale designed for touch screens. We see the images of all the families and the products that correspond to each family.
- You can also use the keyboard or a barcode reader. Change directly, if you need to, the amount of a product, its quantity or even its description.
- Collect in cash or by card. You can assign the ticket to an already created customer and change the employee. Postpone a ticket if you have to serve another customer and then you can recover it and continue with the sale.
- If you have an online store with WooCommerce or Prestashop, your web sales and physical sales are synchronized, so you know exactly how much you have sold in total.
Cash closing.
- Make a cash count with all the sales of the day. Count and sort cash and card sales. Print the cash closing summary ticket for your consultant.
- You can consult the history of the cash closings and the tickets that were included in each one of them.
Invoicing. Send estimates, delivery notes and invoices in a minute.
- Forget about taking hours to prepare an estimate. With Magroges, you have it done in 2 minutes and ready to send to your customer from your mobile or tablet.
- In the same invoice you can have items with different VAT rates. The application will create the subtotals and show the different taxable bases for each type of tax.
- Directly convert an estimate to an order, delivery note or invoice.
- Pre-designed templates for your estimates or invoices that you can customize to your liking. And, if you want, we do the design for free.
- Control your treasury. Macroges generates receipts and payments directly in the invoicing process.
- You can attach the file you need to your invoice: a Word, Excel or PDF document. It will be useful to have additional information for the sale.
- Multi-company management: you can have up to 99 different companies with a single user account.
Sending quotes by email
- You can choose, within the same budget, the design you want to use among all those available and use the one you are most interested in at any given time. From there you can send an email to your client with the design you have just chosen.
- Your client will receive the email with a link to access a platform within our software without having to be registered in Macroges. In this platform he will be able to consult both the quotation he has just received and all the quotations we have made for him.
Shopping
- You can enter products in your purchase without the need to have previously created the item. Type freely the name, quantity and price.
- Macroges automatically updates the stock of each product every time a purchase is made.
- Treasury is automatic. When you are creating the purchase, the software generates the corresponding payment to the supplier according to the payment method indicated.
Periodic Invoices
- You have the possibility to automatically generate recurring invoices. You can design an invoice once and Macroges, without any intervention on your part, will create new invoices with the indicated frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, ...) and even, if you have activated it, it will send them automatically by e-mail to your customer.
Warehouse - Stock control. To know exactly what you have in real time.
- Assign up to 5 different selling prices for each item. You can show prices with and without taxes.
- Display up to 3 suppliers where you have purchased this item, with their purchase price and the corresponding reference of each supplier.
