Zoho Voice provides you with inbound/outbound call options for 100+ countries. With its advanced feature set and in-house infrastructure it can cater to businesses of any size be it SMBs or large contact centers. It adds more power to your team with multi-channel support, that includes SMS and Instant Messages(upcoming). It helps you set up queues for inbound calls with multiple call distribution strategies, configure multilevel IVRs, and set up default handlers to manage calls outside operating hours. Voicemails and voicemail Drops help you manage unattended calls in inbound and outbound scenarios.

Zoho Voice aids your team in managing your live calls with options like transferring, barging, monitoring, recording, and others, with a multifunctional dial-pad called ZDialer. Our robust Power Dialer feature helps you run your Call campaigns to a defined set of contacts, which could also be from CRM. With Zoho Voice, you can understand your team's performance with our all-in-one live dashboard and get granular insights into the queue and agent-wise performance. Call Transcripts helps you with post-call analysis. Zoho Voice gives the option to set up business hours and assign roles like Admin, Supervisor, and Agents to your users. These roles come with a predefined set of privileges.

Zoho Voice can integrate with Desk support and CRM tools. Currently, you can integrate with Zoho CRM, Desk, Bigin, and SDP. (explain all data exchanges (contact sharing, logs, etc) that are possible). We also support hardware integrations to help you to connect Zoho Voice with your desk phones and Contact center Headsets.

Zoho Voice is available on Mobile, web, Desktop, and also as a browser extension.
