One word to describe Scal-e? I would say fantastic! I would say that the two main advantages of Scal-e are the following. First, the tool is easy to use and the UX is intuitive, so I don't have to search too long for the functionality I need. Because of this, I can save time. I also have full control over the messages I send out and can track them easily. Thanks to Scal-e's marketing platform, my prospects' engagement has skyrocketed. The Scal-e platform perfectly meets various marketing needs such as data unification, acquisition, activation, loyalty, distributed marketing, or clienteling. It is an excellent tool to collect customer data (online&offline), to collect them in a RCU and to enrich them. Powerful data-quality management, segmentation and data vizualization tools facilitate data processing and exploitation. The marketing automation module is ultra-efficient for carrying out omnichannel campaigns and measuring their performance (attribution models, ROI calculations, etc.). If you want to create loyalty programs (not only transactional), manage benefits and sponsorship actions and many other customer loyalty actions, the loyalty module is not negligible. The Scal-e team offers a customized support, the best to allow a quick learning and a thorough use of the tool.

We use the Scal-e platform for any type of business project, lead management, loyalty program, relationship marketing program. Even the 3 at the same time, which is very practical. We have been using the Scal-e platform for 15 years now, since its creation, with more than 20 projects. We see this platform as the most complete platform on the market, considering all its integrated modules. Our creativity is the only limit of the platform and nothing is impossible. The targeting engine with its on-the-fly calculated fields and date functions with the drag and drop interface is a must. The All-in-One approach is the strong point of the Scal-e platform, as well as its low code aspect. From collection to omnichannel activation, the Scal-e CDP is a great tool to centralize the customer experience in a customized datamart. Because the reality of the data is not always as we would expect, Scal-e allows us to visualize and better understand the state of the data and to define adjustment rules applied in real time and on the fly. From the moment the data is exploitable, the activation of the marketing module is possible, a truly omnichannel marketing automation module: email, sms, social networks, mobile wallet, forms, push notification; or the audience module to score behaviors, define audiences, segment the base etc.... An advanced loyalty program management mode is also available. It allows the management of local rules, such as the attribution of loyalty points by country, in order to take into account the different living standards. Scal-e also offers a business intelligence module which is also a very good decision support tool. The functional coverage of the platform is fascinating, especially since it is proposed in the form of a module. The Scal-e solution is able to easily accompany us according to the evolution of our needs, which is very appreciable.

Finding one's way through the galaxy of marketing software is more than complex. After a few disappointments, I did some research to finally find the "Real CDP" label. Among them, a French solution that I chose for practical reasons, Scal-e. The unification of our marketing and communication across all our entities is one of the reasons why we chose to use Scal-e. The platform is a good step forward for distributed marketing. The interface is very well done and well optimized locally and globally.
