Capture: Olivia allows candidates to apply by text, video or even social media, in a matter of minutes, turning qualified applicants in a matter of hours, not days. After they've applied Olivia can screen them with a series of questions by text, Olivia then evaluates those answers and matches it to the ideal job profile, if their answer and general profile correspond to what your business is looking for then Olivia can schedule them for an interview in just a couple hours after their application.
Schedule: Olivia is integrated with automatic interview scheduling, right over text, and then reminders for both the candidate and recruiter. If a candidate is a no-show or needs to reschedule, don't worry, Olivia does all of that automatically. Then when you're ready for the actual interview, Olivia integrates with all of your existing platforms, like Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and more, even allowing you to have mutliple people on the same call across multiple platforms.
Care: In order to get good and qualfied employees, they have to be taken care of when they're applicants. This includes answering their questions and motivating them as to why they should work for your company. Olivia does that all, it can respond to FAQ's in any language, 24/7, Olivia can even integrate company content that can motivate applicants.
