We LOVE Kamsa. Not only do we have a dedicated and experienced consultant, but we loved the onboarding process that ensures our data aligns with the market. We love the tool. It makes it easy for us to manage our team and it directly integrates with our HRIS (HiBob). We manage our merit cycles (salary and equity) so we are no longer unsure about our market positioning. Our recruiters love the Global Market Data and the customization we can add. Something I love as the CPO is that it helps us ensure pay equity without overcomplicating things. I don't have time to manipulate every element of our global compensation strategy, so I love that Kamsa simplifies this while making our setup comprehensive. Their analytics show us our weaknesses and strengths and I know exactly where I need to focus to make sure we're paying fairly and competitively. Couldn't suggest Kamsa more highly!
